Toccoa, GA – May 15, 2023 – The second year of Cruisin’ Down Doyle will officially begin this week. Main Street Toccoa will kick off the 2023 season of the
cruise in event in downtown Toccoa on Saturday, May 20th. There is a time change this year with the event being held from 10am – 2pm. Participants will be
on Doyle St from Sage St to Alexander St. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and tractors of any year will be welcome. Participates can register at the intersection of Doyle St and Alexander St, and the first 50 to register will receive an event t-shirt. There is no registration fee.

Over 50 cars and trucks participated in the mini event this year at Toast of Toccoa. “We are hoping for an even bigger turnout for the official start of the Cruisin’ Down Doyle season. We changed the time of the event so that participants and attendees will be able to shop and eat with our local merchants who are open earlier in the day,” said Sharon Crosby, Special Events Coordinator of the City of Toccoa.

Several downtown stores and restaurants will be open. The community is invited to attend and bring their cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Main Street Toccoa sponsored the t-shirts that will be given out.

Beginning in the month of May and continuing until September, the cruise-in will be held once a month on the third Saturday. The next event will be June 17th . Registration and admission are free.
